Love short shorts to run in and these are great. Bought 6 of them and wear them all the time. Great for the pool also if people do not approve of bikini swimwear.

The vision of company founder Adolf Dassler has long become reality, and his corporate philosophy the guiding principle for successor generations. The idea was as simple as it was brilliant. Adi Dassler’s aim was to provide every athlete with the best possible equipment. It all began in 1920, when Adi Dassler made his first shoes using the few materials available after the First World War.

The adidas name dates back to 1948, deriving from the first two syllables of Adi Dassler’s first and last name. One year later, Adi Dassler registered the Three Stripes as a trademark. After a period spanning almost 70 years, the Dassler Family withdrew from the company in 1989, and the enterprise was transformed into a corporation (”Aktiengesellschaft”). French-born Robert Louis-Dreyfus was Chairman of the Executive Board from April 1993 to March 2001. It was he who initiated adidas’ flotation on the stock market in November 1995. adidas–a name that stands for competence in all sectors of sport around the globe. Today, the adidas product range extends from shoes, apparel and accessories for basketball, soccer, fitness and training to adventure, trail and golf.

Saucony Women’s ProGrid Triumph 6 Running Shoe

Saucony
Rating Reviews :

This is my third pair of the Saucony Progrid Triumph 6. I usually wear a size 8.5, but opted for the 9 in this case. Prior running shoe was Asics Gel Nimbus 9 and I love the Saucony more. Switched to Saucony after the Gel Nimbus 10 came out with a very narrow toe box. Very comfortable, flexible feel, plenty of toe box room. Very light. Decent stability in the heel of the shoe but not too much. I have medium arches and these work great for me. Would definitely recommend. Only reservation, one pair had a tongue that was too stiff and dug into my ankle. Solved this by trimming the edge of the tongue and was no longer a problem. Decent life span for a softer shoe.
Great shoes! – Rhonda – San Diego
I previously owned these shoes and so didnt see any reason to switch to another brand/style and take a chance that they wouldnt be as comfortable. I love this shoe for its support, style and comfort. It was less than what I paid last year so savings was great too.
Saucony Triumph series great as a lightweight training shoe for a narrow, neutral foot – Jodie Lightfoot –
This is my second go at the Saucony Triumph 6 and I love it for a lightweight training shoe. It’s perfect for those with neutral arches and a narrow foot, with it’s semi-curved footbed and little posting (i.e. it allows your foot to flex out with each step, providing very little motion control.)
The outsole is grippy enough to withstand Vancouver’s slippery side walks, with which I was initially concerned, so it’s an ideal shoe regardless from which part of the country you hail.
Not the same shoe as a few years ago. – Robin Renee –
The shoe fit is the same, but they’ve skimped on the reflector strips on the shoe. The price is higher, but the quality of the shoe is not what it used to be. Every runner knows the importance of visibility. If Saucony wants to make a great running shoe, they’ll need to put the reflective strips back on the shoe for our safety.

Most runner’s magazines are geared towards HIGHLY competative people (male & female). This is the first time that I have seen something that actually focuses exclusively on women – and doesn’t make you think your personal running goals are less than significant because your not running an 8-minute mile. But offers great advice on how to get to that 8-minute mile, 5k, 10k, 15k, 1/2 marathon or full marathon. The clothing and accessories recommended/reviewed are made for women – another fantastic feature. I can’t say enough about what a great magazine this is for a beginner, advanced, or intermediate runner.
Is it still available? – Kat B. – Alexandria, VA
According to their site — hersports — this magazine is now “Women’s Running.” I don’t want a running magazine. I want climbing, snowboarding, hiking and biking, too. Sad to see the change.
Her Sports transitioning into Women’s Running… yuck – cheri626 – Olympia, WA
Good thing I read the reviews… I have no desire whatsoever to purchase a Women’s Running magazine (no high-impact for me!). I wonder why they believe more women would purchase the magazine that way? Shouldn’t running be included in a well-rounded fitness magazine instead? Too bad.
Great Magazine – Teresa Squibb – mission viejo, CA
I really enjoy this magazine! I got a subscription for myself and as a gift. The magazine covers a wide variety of topics.

Women’s Running is the only women’s-specific running magazine. As the number of female runners exploded over the past few years, interest in women’s-specific running information also grew. Women’s Running covers all aspects of the running lifestyle. The Women’s Running mission is simple: to encourage women to train healthfully, participate in active travel, adopt healthy nutrition habits, and to nourish their minds as well as their bodies.
